Q: When do orders need to be placed?

Orders are due each week on Thursday at 9PM in order to receive your meal prep for the following Monday or Tuesday.

Q; Does the kitchen contain any allergens?

Our food is processed in a facility that also uses all common food allergens (dairy/cow’s milk, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, soy, fish). We currently do not process any gluten in our kitchen.

Q: How many meals do I have to buy to place an order?

There is no minimum order! We understand that sometimes you just need to supplement your meals, so maybe you only need help with your weekly lunches or perhaps sweet treats are your jam, while others want coverage for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We do offer subscriptions that can save you up to $1 off per meal. Either way, we've got you!​

Q: How many servings per meal?

Our individual meals serve one. 4 oz. meals contain 4 oz. of protein, 6 oz. meals contain 6 oz. of protein and our 1 lb. options contain 16 oz. of protein and whatever sauce or seasoning comes on the meat. Q: Where are the ingredients sourced? ​

We source our ingredients locally when available. We buy most of our proteins from Grateful Graze, a local regenerative farm. Our buyers also have a keen eye for ingredients and source only the highest quality for your table!

Q: Do any of your meals contain gluten?

No, none of our meals contain ingredients that contain gluten.

Q: Do any of your meals contain dairy?

We do offer dairy in many of our meals, but most have the option to opt out!

Q: Do you have any plant-based/vegan options?

Yes, we do. Highest Frequency Wellness by Aaralyn Shiri uses our kitchen to Prep all of our vegan options for meals, treats, smoothies and juices!

Q: What are the pickup options?

We will drop off to all of our pickup locations on Monday afternoon or evenings, but guarantee your pickup availability by Tuesday during each location’s business hours.

Q: What are the delivery details?

We deliver to the Quad Cities on Monday afternoon and evenings. We cannot guarantee a specific time each week as the number of orders, clientele and delivery routes change weekly. You MUST leave a cooler (or two) outside if you will be gone. Otherwise we will plan to leave your meals at the nearest drop off location.
